Intermediate Civil 3D Designer Technical college graduate with minimum of 4 years' experience or combination of both education and experience. Civil 3D Design experience is required for this position. Highly organized, self-starter with proven initiative. Working knowledge of standards and practices, as well as a proficiency in computer applications for engineering design are required.
