| Destination Staff - TRIP LEADER Title of the Position: Destination Staff – TRIP LEADER Bilingual French / English. Title of Company: S-Trip! Whether it’s a graduation celebration with all your friends on a Mexican beach or an educational experience on the cobblestone streets of Old Europe, it’s our mission to help young people discover the world through travel. Job Description: Do you enjoy working with youth and discovering the world while traveling? This job will give you the chance to engage students and get a taste of the culture, language and traditions your destination has to offer! Responsibilities of a Trip Leader: • Meet the students at the airport the day of the trip departure • You will travel with the students from departure until the end of the trip • Help them check-in at the hotel and be the student's go-to person throughout the entire trip • You will act as a leader for your group by meeting on a daily basis with other staff • Supervise and provide animation entertainment for day and evening activities Job Requirements: • Must have experience working with youth in a leadership role • Work involvement with teaching, life guarding, ski/snowboard/sport instruction, summer camps or as a frosh leader/residence don • Must be able to commit to pre-trip and out-going training throughout the year • Must be comfortable working long hours and evening shifts supervising the students Must Have: • Completed or Pursuing College or University Degree • Valid passport • Completed Police Record Check Personality Traits: • Must be mature, responsible and dependable • Have a positive, outgoing and engaging personality to work with students on trips • Capable of working with teenagers and following travel guidelines • Be hardworking, extroverted and capable of animating events Details: • Paid contract for 2 - 7 nights, depending on duration of trip.
