| Resident Manager Resident Manager – Quinpool Towers, Halifax, NS Killam Properties Inc. (TSX:KMP) is a leading real estate company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is the largest owner and manager of multi-family residential rental properties and manufactured home communities in Atlantic Canada. We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a customer focused, energetic Resident Manager in the Quinpool Towers Location. If you enjoy interaction with others, are a diligent cleaner, and are competent in completing light maintenance, this may be the role for you. Responsibilities: • Cleaning, administration and light maintenance • Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls • Managing on-site daily activities • Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service role • Proven communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision • Experience with the Property Management industry • Previous experience as a building superintendent is an asset Forward your resume in confidence to: Human Resources Fax (902)442-5325 Please quote “Resident Manager – Quinpool Towers” in your application.
