Restaurant General Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including overall customer service, food and operating cost control, inventory management, staffing, marketing and menu development. To be successful in this role you will offer a minimum of 5 years experience in a multi unit environment. If you know what it takes to lead a team of friendly, helpful servers and an efficient food preparation crew while maintaining the day-to-day financial operations of a restaurant, we want to talk to you.

Primary Duties:

•Assume full responsibility for the daily administration of the restaurant

•Achieve and maintain overall labour costs within budget
•Train staff and schedule shifts
•Maintain overall food cost to budget
•Ensure customer service and product quality are maintained
•Direct local promotion of the restaurant to attain optimum sales potential
